Leasing Regulations

Leases or sub-leases must be for a minimum term of one (1) year. A copy of all leases or sub-leases shall be furnished to the Executive Board for approval at least ten (10) days before execution by the Landlord and Tenant. 

The Executive Board shall not approve the lease if it does not comply with all provisions of the Declaration and the least will cause the leased units in the building to be more than six (6) in number.

Occupancy arrangements between related parties including, in the case of a unit in which the title help by a trust, occupancy by beneficiary thereof, shall not constitute a lease subject to the aforesaid requirements a restrictions.
