Children

Children shall not be permitted to play in the lobby, corridors, entrances, halls, stairways or elevators. Unit owners shall at all times be responsible for visiting children while in the units, common elements and limited common elements.

Children are not permitted to play in or around the shrubs or flower beds, and must refrain from riding or wheeling bicycles or skating on the premises. 

Additionally, children unable to reach the emergency button in the elevators are not permitted to ride the elevators unescorted.
